All of our supervisors are promoted from within the company, bringing with them several years of experience and knowledge of the building maintenance industry. Also, all supervisors are trained in employee relations through classes given monthly at our facility. From these classes, supervisors are kept abreast of the latest information on new products and techniques in our industry. Our supervisors are very aware of their importance in the company and they take their commitment to professionalism and services seriously.
